Safety tips before you travel.

Getting your staff to travel efficiently and as cost effectively as possible is important for any business, However their safety is our top priority. Here are some traveler safety travel tips .

Communication Channels.

  • Make sure you have an understanding of who to call in the event of an emergency. Have key contact information such as emergency services.
  • Have important numbers stored in you phone and written down ie- Travel management company, Hotel, car hire company, friends and family, The visiting company contact.

Research the destination you are travelling to.

  • Weather- It may be unlikely but be prepared for any adverse conditions such as floods, hurricanes and earth quakes.

  • Hired car - Ensure travelers have their driving licence with them at all times. To save time and stress get to know your route and find less congested roads, it may be a good idea to request navigation system.
  • Taxi- We recommend you book in advance with your local travel management company this way you can guarantee its safe and fully registered. However if you haven't booked in advance make sure your travelers check its a reputable company.
  • Public transport- If using public transport get to know what cities and neighborhoods you will passing though and if a taxi will be more suited.
