Learn how to check if your hotel is pre-paid.
Here's how you can check if your hotel is pre-paid;
- Log in to the trip number.
- Then on the right hand side, next to the status of the booking, is a down arrow, click on this arrow to view the rate details.
- Here it will say if your hotel is prepaid or pay on departure.
- From here, you can view and print your prepaid voucher.
A few extra notes to be aware of;
- If an Amadeus rate was selected, then a virtual credit card will be raised and only permitted for use for the rate booked.
- All Amadeus rates will be 'pay on departure', however, a designated team ensures the virtual card is taken for payment.
- If using Amadeus rates we encourage you to download the 'conferma pay'“ mobile app to your smart device.
