Avanti West Coast Upcoming ASLEF Industrial Action – 5 April 2024
Important information regarding the upcoming strike action is detailed below.
ASLEF has announced strikes impacting Avanti West Coast and three other train companies on Friday, April 5th – as part of a series of industrial actions affecting multiple train companies from April 4th to April 9th. Ticket sales for Friday, April 5th have been suspended. Kindly visit our website for further updates.
This series of one-day strikes will affect the following train operators on these dates:
5 April: Avanti West Coast, East Midlands Railway, West Midlands Trains and CrossCountry
6 April: Chiltern, GWR, LNER, Northern and TransPennine
8 April: c2c, Greater Anglia, GTR Great Northern Thameslink, Southeastern, Southern/Gatwick Express, South Western Railway and SWR Island Line.
