Boarder Force Strike From 31st May To 02nd June.

Important information regarding the upcoming strike at Heathrow Airport.

Following a previous four-day walkout in April and early May, the border force staff at Heathrow Airport are once again taking a stand against changes to their working conditions.

With over 500 Border Force members at London's Heathrow Airport preparing to strike later this month, tensions are high due to an ongoing dispute over new work schedules.

The Public and Commercial Services union has announced that its members will engage in a three-day strike from 31st May to 2nd June, followed by three weeks of action described as "short of a strike," which will include an overtime ban.

A representative from Heathrow Airport said it is “working closely with the Home Office and Border Force on contingency plans”, highlighting that previous industrial action at Heathrow has “been managed successfully”.
