How do I change a user role?

A user role can only be changed if you have the permissions to do so. This role would have been assigned to you during implementation.
 
If you have the correct permissions you can try the following:
  1. Once you have logged in, in the top right corner, you will see a settings toggle.
  2. Click the settings toggle to see the list of users.
  3. Select the user that requires a new role.
  4. The role settings for the user will be shown next to their username.
  5. Select the new role and make sure to save your changes before you exit.
