Is my hotel pre-paid?

Here's how you can check if your hotel is pre-paid;

1. Log in to the trip number.
2. Then on the right hand side, next to the status of the booking, is a down arrow, click on this arrow to view the rate details.
3. Here it will say if your hotel is prepaid or pay on departure.
4. From here, you can view and print your prepaid voucher.

• If an Amadeus rate was selected, then a virtual credit card will be raised and only permitted for use for the rate booked.
• All Amadeus rates will be 'pay on departure', however, a designated team ensures the virtual card is taken for payment.
• If using Amadeus rates we encourage you to download the 'conferma pay'“ mobile app to your smart device.
