I've forgotten my password / I haven't received my login details.

To update or reset your password on the booking platform:
  1. Go to https://www.gtp-marketplace.om/
  2. Click ‘forgot password’.
  3. Enter your username (this will always be your company email address) and click SEND.
  4. If you already have a profile you will receive an email with login details.
  5. If you do not receive an email within 5 minutes you will need to be loaded on to the system. Please check with your administrator or contact support@uniglobegemini.co.uk.
