Learn how to update or reset your login details.
To update or reset your password on the booking platform:
- Go to https://www.gtp-marketplace.om/
- Click ‘forgot password’.
- Enter your username (this will always be your company email address) and click SEND.
- If you already have a profile you will receive an email with login details.
- If you do not receive an email within 5 minutes you will need to be loaded on to the system. Please check with your administrator or contact support@uniglobegemini.co.uk.
