My trip has been booked but it's not showing anywhere, it's blank?

Learn how to check if your trip has been booked. 
 
 
 

Normally the 'expired items notification' box will appear. If so, then click the Re-Search button in blue and checkout. And your trip should now show in your trip monitor as finalised.


If the 'expired items notification' box isn't showing, which sometimes happens, then;
  1. Click on the 'More' button in the top section of your trip cart.
  2. In the drop down options, select 'cancelled/expired quotes'.
  3. And from here, you can press Re-Search and proceed to checkout and your trip will now show in your trip monitor as finalised.

If you're still unsure, click in to the booking and all elements will show a green ticketed/confirmed and will have a supplier reference.
