What size accounts do you service?

Our target market is Small to medium enterprises ranging from start ups with a small spend but regular travel to larger corporations with multiple divisions across Europe and the USA with a travel spend up to £5 million.

How do I get an account and access to the platform?

Get in touch with us by completing our contact form. Give us a call or send an email to sales@uniglobegemini.co.uk We can then begin a conversation to get you set up.

How long does it take to Implement?

Much will depend upon your size and shape, policy requirements, number of users. Our implementation plan can be completed within a week or two but often a bit longer. Let's have that conversation

How is my account managed?

Everyone in our team is empowered to manage your account effectively. Specifically you will have an account manager to manage implementation and our on going relationship. You will deal with familiar names and faces who will get to know you and the account.

Is Training included?

Yes, we will arrange as many sessions as you need to train your people to use the platform

Can I access guides and help?

Yes full training guides are supplied but you will find things intuitive and familiar.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Not unless you want one. We believe in earning your business. We sign a service Level Agreement so you know what to expect from us and what we expect from you.
