UK open for Travel- Restrictions removed.

We are so pleased to hear the government have announced , the UK is open for travel with restrictions removed for the fully vaccinated as of 11th February 2022.

This means travellers can now freely exit and return to the UK with near normality. You will be required to complete the passenger locator form (PLF) confirming vaccination status, travel history and contact details. However you will need to check the rules to your destination as these rules will still apply.

From 11 February , individuals who are not fully vaccinated will need to take a pre-departure test and a PCR test on or before day 2 after they arrive in the UK, as well as completing the PLF.No need for self isolation on arrival , and will only need to do so on receipt of a positive result.

Proof of vaccination will be accepted from a further 16 countries bringing the total list to over 180 countries and territories worldwide. The full list of counties and territories can be found on gov.uk

The framework set out is intended to be one that will last. It aims to provide stability for travellers and the travel industry throughout 2022.

So on that note, dust off your suitcases and dig out your passports lets manage a return to safe corporate travel.
